Enrollment Procedure for Online RSCIT Course-
- Students can enroll for RSCIT@HOME online computer courses, by submitting basic documents such as an X class mark sheet, and a passport-size photo at our email ID(rscithome@gmail.com), or send it using WhatsApp on the following numbers (9351518165).
- After submitting documents a Registration Fee of Rs.4,000/-(for Indian Students only) will be paid for final admission confirmation.
Learning Process-
- After successful course enrollment student gets a Login ID and Password.
- With the help of a Login ID and Password, the student can start his or her online training from authorized RKCL Website i.e. myrkcl.com, or log in through the RKCL mobile app.
- RKCL provides audio-video content and e-books for students.
- Students start to learn at home by using a desktop PC, Laptop, Tablet PC, Smart Phone.
Learning Management Tool-
RKCL's i-learn mobile app is one of the best LMS (Learning Management Systems). Students can download it from Google Play Store or IOS Play Store.
Examination Process-
VMOU- Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota organized an offline MCQ-based exam for students all over the state. VMOU creates RSCIT exam centers in different districts and tehsil headquarters in Rajasthan. Three to four exam events are conducted by the university in the whole academic calendar year.
RSCIT EXAM PATTERN –
- External Offline Exam of 70 Marks
- Internal Online Exam of 30 Marks

Students declared passed in the RSCIT exam only when he/she score 28 marks in external paper and 12 marks in internal paper separately. In external paper total 35 multiple choice questions out of 35 questions, you have to correct 14 questions minimum to got passing marks in the external paper. In the internal paper, which you gave an online exam at your computer learning center known as ITGK (Information Theology Gyan Kendra) and got 12 marks minimum to pass in the RSCIT exam. RSCIT is a compulsory course to get many selected Rajasthan Government Jobs in the state. That means you cannot apply to Government exams if you do not hold RSCIT Certificate. However, exams of higher Administrative Posts like Rajasthan Administrative Service do not require the RSCIT course.

Passing Marks will be 40% and if unfortunately, you do not pass in it, VMOU, Kota will give you 3 more attempts to appear in re-exam.
